During his fourth prime-time news conference (carried by only 2 of the 4 TV channels) US President Bill Clinton says he deserves to be re-elected and heavily criticises Russian leader Boris Yeltsin who he is due to meet in Moscow in three weeks, for decision to sell nuclear technology to the Iranians. He also says Russia has no right to deny former east block nations from joining NATO. Report from Washington by North America correspondent Simon Marks.
