- The Queen is backing Prince Charles’s campaign against pollution in the North Sea. Speaking at a banquet at Windsor in honour of the King of Norway , she says his country and ours share a need to care for the ocean. Queen’s speech followed by Norwegian national anthem(?). King Olav then makes a speech in return, which is followed by the British national anthem.
