Description

Three days of official mourning have been declared in Pakistan after bombs and rockets from an exploding arsenal rained on the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. More than 70 people were killed and and an estimated 850 have been wounded. The explosion is said to have been an accident. President Zia makes a speech. Nicky Broyd reports. For AM programme.
