Simon Israel interviews the British Airports Authority (BAA) chief executive, Sir John Egan, about plans for an £800million new terminal at Heathrow Airport. It’s hoped Terminal Five will open in ten years time to cope with huge increases in passengers and remain competitive (actually opened 2008).
