Angela Rippon live Drivetime show interview from the Westminster studio with Lord Donaldson, John Donaldson on the results of his inquiry (announced by him 90 minutes ago) into the sinking of the oil tanker Braer, which ran aground off the Shetland Islands last year causing widespread pollution. On the large number of incidents which had caused or been at significant risk of causing pollution in British coastal waters during the course of the inquiry, and his recommending increased powers to inspect substandard foreign shipping.
