Description

Linda Duffin reports on how Lonrho was refused permission by the High Court to give MPs copies of the confidential government report on the Harrods takeover. Lonrho director Paul Spicer calls it outrageous; Donald Trelford, editor of the Observer newspaper, calls it absurd and expresses the hope that the report will still come out; House of Fraser director Michael Cole speaks in support of the injunction and denies his case is getting weaker.
