Live television broadcast on CNN by US President George H W Bush as he visits Columbus, Ohio, condemning race riots in Los Angeles where 13 people have died and over 170 been injured and on need to change the system to prevent future riots.The riots were sparked off by acquittal of the white police officers involved in the beating of black Rodney King in 1991.
