George Matheson interviews Chief Executive of Channel 4, Michael Grade, about a decision by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to take legal action against the television station under the prevention of terrorism act unless it reveals the name of a man who provided information on links between terrorist death squads and the security forces in Northern Ireland. The footage was broadcast on a Dispatches documentary in Autumn 1991. For Billboard programme.
