Description

A former hired assassin for the former president of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, has been given three life sentences for the Soho torch murders. And two youths whom he recruited for the robbery in an amusement arcade have been sentenced to life for murder and attempted murder. Detective Inspector David Morgan comments on the assassin, Victor Castigador, and the crime he committed. From the Old Bailey, Simon Israel reports.
