Paul Rowley reports on the launch today of an inter-parliamentary union being formed from MPs from UK and Ireland to improve dialogue between the 2 countries. Organiser Peter Temple Morris MP describes the reasons for the union and is disappointed at the boycotting of the forum by Ulster unionists who say its an extension of the Anglo-Irish agreement.
