Paul Woodley reports on delighted reaction in the USA to the results of the Nicaraguan elections which have ousted Daniel Ortega. Includes speech by US President George H.W. Bush who says the people can now stop suffering - much of which was caused by US trade sanctions and US-backed Contra guerillas. Secretary of State James Baker commends the outgoing Sandanista government for conducting the elections.
