Interview with George Major, Pearly King of Peckham, about the demonstration at Islington Town Hall against the imprisonment of Charlie Welsh for non-payment of rates on his city farm. He speaks of the struggle to pay the rates and the good job the farm does in keeping children off the streets. Also interviewed are some of the children helped by the farm.
