Description

Report on the murder of diplomat Ravindra Mhatre in 1984, who was kidnapped from his Birmingham home and murdered by two terrorists from Kashmir (Abdul Raja and Mohammad Riaz) who have now been sentenced to life. With comment from Assistant Chief Constable Tom Meffen; and Amanullah Khan of the Kashmir Liberation Front (political party which the murderers belonged to). Female reporter not identified.
