Conservative Party leader Margaret Thatcher discusses the topic of immigration, on Granada Television’ s World in Action programme. She claims that if immigration carries on at the present level, the country may become swamped by those arriving. She says the way to integrate people into the country is to raise awareness of other cultures, and to integrate the new arrivals in the communities.
