The London Tube is the worst underground system in the world according to Labour MP Denis MacShane who has written to management complaining of overcrowding, particularly at Heathrow, dirty stations and lack of signage in other languages among other points and its possible off-putting effect on tourists. Reporter Brian Ging went underground with MacShane to investigate, including a vox pop with tube users.
