Description

The United States is calling for an emergency session of the UN Security Council to discuss the shooting down of two American civilian planes of the Cuban exile group Brothers to the Resuce that were aiding Cuban refugees to flee the island. US Secretary of State Warren Christopher says Cuban explanations for the action are not plausible or acceptable.
