Keith Howell interviews Stan Getz, 61 year-old American tenor saxophonist, who is in London appearing with his Quintet in concert at the Royal Festival Hall. He speaks about undergoing major surgery in the US and admits that he did not leave enough time for recuperation. He also pays tribute to his fellow tenor saxophonist, Al Cohn, who died on 15/02/88.
