Description

US Vice-President Dan Quayle has addressed members of the armed forces and their families. In his speech on the Gulf War, he says that US President George Bush and UK Prime Minister John Major are doing their best to resolve the conflict in the Persian Gulf and rid the world of the threat of Saddam Hussein. He also says that Operation Desert Storm will not be another Vietnam - which is met with cheers and applause.
