Description
A Royal Navy operation in the Gulf, just off the Iraqi coast, has destroyed seven vessels. Among those destroyed by the Royal Navy’s Lynx attack helicopter and the American Intruder and Hornet aircraft were Russian-built TNC45 patrol boats and a Type-43 mine-layer. Male reporter not identified. Destroyers HMS Gloucester and HMS Cardiff and the frigate Brazen have returned safely.
