Palmer claims the risk of infection is low; Caroline Morris, volunteer, describes the mood on the helpline which has been set up; Hospital Manager John Mangan(?) on the operation to trace patients treated by Shuttleworth; General Health Authority Manager Ken Heskiss(?) says staff don’t have to inform them if they are diagnosed HIV positive.
