Description
In the wake of the Docklands IRA bombing that spelt the end to their ceasefire, Sinn Fein Chairman, Mitchel McLaughlin claims that primary responsibility for getting the peace process back on track lies with the two (i.e. British and Irish) governments. He says that Sinn Fein is clearly a democratic party, and denies that it speaks for the IRA. Male interviewer not identified.
