Paul Woodley reports from New York on the continuing UN peace talks and whether leader of the Bosnian muslims, President Izetbegovic, will accept the Vance-Owen peace plan for a ceasefire and splitting up of the former Yugoslavia into 10 provinces. Includes UN spokesman Fred Eckert arguing the current talks may be the last chance for agreement; US President Bill Clinton ruling out use of US ground forces in the conflict but threatening stronger economic sanctions against Serbia.
