Alastair Lawson-Tancred reports for the Angela Rippon FM Drivetime show on the CSOs and fines imposed on 7 graffiti artists, all aged under 22, responsible for most of the spray paint vandalism of London’s underground, causing up to £14,000 of damage around the capital. Includes comment from two of them, Declan Rooney and Anthony McDonner on leaving court; Detective Constable Paul Wall of the British Transport Police stating his main concern is for the safety of the youths.
