- Description
- Foreign Office minister Douglas Hogg answers press questions about British prisoners of war being held as human shields at economic and scientific sites in Iraq. He says this is a breach of the Geneva Convention. In a meeting with the Iraqi ambassador to London, Dr Azmi Shafiq Al-Salihi, Hogg was unsuccessful in getting information, but says there is some benefit in having direct contact with Iraqi government.
