American Defence Secretary Dick Cheney comments to press on the Iraqi air force jets escaping to neutral Iran where they will be impounded until the end of the Gulf war. He says it is not clear whether the pilots are deserting or the Iraqi armed forces are just salvaging what is left of the air force. One question asked.
