Kevin Murphy interviews Home Office minister with responsibility for the Prison Service, Douglas Hogg, about the end of a dispute involving prison officers at Wandsworth prison in South London. The dispute originated when the prison governor tried to introduce new shift arrangements. He strongly denies the Government set out to deliberately confront the prison officers.
