- Description
- This morning the Tate Gallery in London opened its doors to one of the biggest shows in its history. The Cezanne exhibition has been hailed as the most important display of the artist’s work in sixty years, but, despite record advance bookings, the expected rush yesterday morning didn’t materialise. Jeff Collins speaks to visitors, some of whom travelled specially from America; Gennaro(?) de Landro, a caterer pitched outside the gallery; Rosie Bennett(?), the Tate’s Retail Manager.
