After a high-profile media campaign, Richard Morley and Jay (Jayaram) Khatka are able to celebrate victory in the appeal tribunal which considered Khatka’s right to remain in Britain. Millionaire Morley who had adopted the Nepalese boy after the death of his father says the tribunal chairman agreed that the claim had to be considered on compassionate grounds.
