Howard Hughes reports on yesterday’s terrorist blast in Camden High Street, London which injured 15 people and followed a coded warning to mislead police. Includes eyewitness acount by LBC reporter Mike Lawrence, who says insufficient time was given to evacuate the area of shoppers and from an unidentified woman. Commander Bernard Luckhurst says the call was designed to injure those being escorted away from the supposed location.
