The British embassy pull out from Kabul, Afghanistan has been delayed because of heavy snow. The evacuation had been planned because of fears for safety as the Soviet troop withdrawal continues. British charge-d’affairs, Ian Mackley says they are quite ok and hopes for a resolution of the conflict there. Female interviewer not identified.
