Description

George Matheson talks to New York vigilante gang Guardian Angels leader Curtis Sliwa as he patrols in London.They are trying to set up patrols on London’s Underground to improve safety but were not initially welcomed by the authorities incuding Metropolitan Police Commissioner Peter Imbert. He says involving local young black and asians could improve police relations with local communities and comments on special constables.
