Jonathan Zito was murdered by schizophrenic Christopher Clunis at Finsbury Park tube station in 1992, he was being treated in the community. Secretary of Health Virginia Bottomley responds to the results of an independent inquiry led by Jean Ritchie QC, and widow Jayne Zito’s calls for changes in procedure of treating and caring for mentally ill people.
