Jayne Zito is the widow of Jonathan Zito who was murdered by schizophrenic Christopher Clunis at Finsbury Park tube station in 1992. She responds (from the Westminster studio) to the results of an independent inquiry into the murder, and care and treamtent of Clunis, led by Jean Ritchie QC, which makes recommendations to the Health Secretary Virginia Bottomley.
