The CIA’s former Chief of the Soviet Counter Intelligence Unit, Aldrich Ames, and his Columbian born wife Maria del Rosario have been arrested on charges of spying for Russia. US President Bill Clinton and Russian President Boris Yeltsin have both issued statements whilst Twickenham MP Toby Jessel has resolved to address the matter with Defence Secretary Malcolm Rifkind.
