Ian Mann reports on the Liverpool murder of two year-old James Bulger, who was abducted from New Strand shopping centre in Bootle and whose body was later found by a railway track, two youths having been caught on security cameras leading James out of the centre. Includes Detective Superintendent Albert Kirby confirming at a press conference that a further security video shows James being dragged along a road by the two boys. Uncle Jim Bulger appealing for public assistance.
