After a warning by Scotland Yard Commander Richard Monk, that the US vigilante group The Guardian Angels may do more harm than good, Simon Israel interviews leader Curtis Sliwa who says the message at the meeting was clear- pack your bags and return to New York. He says special constables are not yet allowed to patrol on the Tube where they intend to protect people.
