Four London men - Alan Delaney, Victor Burnett, Colin Peters, Ernest Whittington - at the heart of Britain’s biggest organised child sex ring have been jailed for a total of 34 years at the Old Bailey. Detective in charge of the inquiry, John Lewis, says paedophiles should be targeted like other areas of organised crime, and discusses the assistance needed to combat the problem.
