Councillor Bernard Brook-Partridge comments on the Greater London Council’s evidence to a parliamentary committee on film censorship, licensing and control - the Committee on Obscenity and Film, chaired by Bernard Williams. Partridge mainly discusses the advertising on display, the worst-affected areas being the City of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, especially Soho and Earls Court. He agrees with Patrick Campbell in that he does not care what people do as long as it is not in public and offensive or oppressive. Male interviewer not identified (poss. Bob Holness).
