Peter Sharp reports on the first day of the appeal hearing against Philip Agee’s deportation order. He is trying to obtain details of the charges against him and believes former employers CIA may have wanted the case brought against him to prevent him writing more books about them. Includes Philip Agee answering questions from reporters, and that he failed to switch his tape recorder on to record events (laughter).
