- Tim Crook reports on the acquittal by an Old Bailey jury in London of a man accused of involvement in an IRA bombing campaign. Twenty-five year-old William McKane from Strabane in Northern Ireland was found not guilty of conspiring with Brixton Prison escapees Nessan Quinlivan and Pearse McAuley to cause explosions.
