Peter Murphy interviews UK Employment Secretary, Michael Howard, following financial statistics which show that an economic recovery is not occurring as the Government predicted. The Bank of England has suggested that the recovery is elusive and with figures showing a sharp jump in the monthly total of those out of work, Howard says he is disappointed.
