Mark Phillips reports for LBC Newstalk on coalition prisoners of war in Iraq being used in television propaganda broadcasts (in sound only) and saying under duress they want to see an end to the Gulf War. There are also concerns Iraq won’t follow the Geneva Convention on rights of POWs.
