Michael Fox has been given nine life sentences for the kidnap and rape of five mentally disabled women. Chief Superintendent Des Donohoe tells an unidentified female interviewer that he agreed with the judge, Mr Justice Ognall’s decision. The case of Jo Ramsden, a woman with Down syndrome from Bridport in Dorset who was found dead in a wood, is to be kept on file. Tim Crook reports.
