Thames Television This Week documentary Death on the Rock, about the killings of 3 IRA members on Gibraltar, has been mainly cleared of Government accusations by an independent inquiry led by Lord Windlesham. Paul Rowley reports on the inquiry report and reaction to itincluding interviews with Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock and Ivor Stanbrook who says such documentaries must be banned.
