Description
Ronald Reagan addresses the 100th American Congress with the State of the Union speech. In it, he details the history of the US Congress and looks to the future of the country, both socially and economically. He states his one regret - the selling of arms to the Iranians while they were at war with Iraq - and declares that America stands for freedom in the world, and will not stand by and let terrorists and rogue nations make the world unsafe. He also talks about national defence, and criticises the Soviets for their distribution of arms.
