Description

John Gladden is in court to try to change an injunction preventing him from putting anything on his property without planning permission. He previously upset his neighbours and Croydon Borough Council by mounting an imitation shark on the roof of his house. Tim Crook reports from the High Court. Includes interviews with Gladden and one of his supporters, Trevor Box(?), who is also heard playing the bagpipes.
