The argument against deportation put forward by Viraj Mendis, a Sri Lankan (failed asylum seeker?) living illegally in the UK, is based on the recent rise of a Sinhalese terror group, the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), which has targeted Tamil sympathisers.
