Winston Lindsay, a former Grenadier Guardsman, has alleged that he was refused re-entry to the Army in 1988 on the grounds that he was black. Lindsay says he is pleased that he can now bring charges of racial discrimination against the Ministry of Defence. Clive Myrie reports.
