Snooker star Alex Hurricane Higgins is recovering from a broken ankle this afternoon, after falling from a second-floor window at his Manchester apartment in the early hours of this morning. He was rushed to hospital but was released after treatment, and neighbours are blaming the accident on another furious row with his live-in girlfriend. One anonymous female neighbour is in despair over the nuisance. Chris Roberts reports.
