Donald March, Assistant Chief of Police, denies racial tensions are high in Overtown, Miami following the shooting by police of a young black man after a motorcycle chase, and subsequent rioting. The Mayor of Miami, Xavier Suarez, called for peace during the riots but had to be protected by police. Clip includes reactions of angry Overtown residents. Paul Woodley reports.
